Overview of Enrollment

1. Apply

An online application form must be completed for each student. Before beginning the application, be sure to have the following information ready:

  • Student academic history

  • Parent educational background and experience with homeschooling

In addition, take time to read Grace Community Church's Doctrinal Statement and be ready to describe your family's church involvement, as well as affirm parental responsibility for at-home instruction.

A non-refundable fee of $55 is required to submit the application.

We recommend setting aside 10–30 minutes to complete the application, as the application form cannot save your progress.

2. Family Interview

The family interview is an opportunity for Grace Academy staff to get to know students and parents better, as well as review program expectations and sponsorship information. The interview takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Interviews will take place after review of your application. It is necessary that both student and parents are in attendance.

As a part of the interview, incoming students may also be assessed regarding grade placement and academic progress.

3. Admissions Decision

Following a review of all application materials, families will be notified of an admissions decision. Included in this notification will be instructions on how to fill out the Admissions Packet. The Admissions Packet provides the school obtain the remaining information about your student.

4. Payment Plan

Through the packet, parents will also be asked to set up their tuition payment plan for the year. Before admissions is completed, an initial deposit (10% of annual tuition) must be paid. Accounting will notify you before the deposit is charged.

Following payment of the initial deposit, families will be responsible for remitting tuition payments according to their elected payment plan.

For the 2025-2026 academic year, the tuition is set at $6,500. Please note that there are a variety of scholarships and financial aid opportunities available for families including pro-rated discounts for families with multiple children enrolled.

5. Orientation

Admitted Grace Academy students and their families will be invited to an orientation meeting. This meeting will review policies and procedures, expectations, and important details for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is also an exciting opportunity to meet other Grace Academy families.
